Michael and his team at MDM Mechanical are the epitome of true professionalism.

Since we began experiencing trouble with the pool heater at our swimming instruction facility early in 2022 in Oakville ON, MDM Mechanical has been a life-support through repairs, consultation, and installation services. Their work has allowed us to keep our pool heated and our swimmers happy.

Most recently, MDM Mechanical completely re-did our pool boiling system with state-of-the-art technology. With such a complicated undertaking, I was concerned about the ordeal because I had very little knowledge of boiling systems. Though, Michael prioritized informing me through accessible language and explained each step in fantastic detail.

Michael is very knowledgeable and cares deeply about his clients and his work. I felt very informed the entire time, and that is so important to me.

Because of Michael’s thoughtful collaboration, we could offer swimming lessons during the installation — the MDM Mechanical was flexible and accommodated our holiday swimming schedule perfectly. Their passion for providing excellent service is papable on multiple fronts.

Michael has been servicing my old hydronic boiler for a few years. Our tank water heater started a slow leak over the summer so I decided to replace both. Michael recommended an indirect water heater setup that would provide essentially unlimited hot water for my family of 6. It's been a couple of months with the new system and I'm really happy with it - we've never run out of hot water and the new boiler heats the house more evenly and comfortably. Michael's work is excellent and his prices are fair. I'll attach a before and after shot of our setup.

I hired Michael from MDM Mechanical to replace our boiler system in our Victorian home in Oakville. We opted to replace the water tank with the boiler as well and it was totally worth it. The work he does speaks for itself.

If you’re looking for the best price system with low quality work, this is not the company to use.
